Principal's Welcome

I have had the great privilege of being the Principal of Torquay Academy since 2014. It is a happy and exciting school for boys and girls aged 11-18. We transform the life chances of children in Torquay by ensuring that everyone succeeds. In addition to achieving incredible academic outcomes, our girls and boys experience an unmatched extra curricular offer.

Torquay Academy educates young people with high aspirations and a desire to achieve in a co-educational setting. We meet the needs of all of our students in a supportive environment by challenging and encouraging them to become the best they can be.
