Mindfulness Yoga

What it is:

Mindfulness Yoga is a combination of yoga poses and mindful meditation. Benefits of regular practice include: reduced stress, an improved mood, a calmer mind as well as all the benefits of yoga: flexibility, strength, balance and coordination.

The benefits of joining the mindfulness yoga club are numerous, as it promotes mental well-being, enhances focus, and encourages emotional resilience. Through guided sessions, students learn valuable techniques to manage stress and improve their overall health, fostering a positive school environment.
