The Couch to 5k Running Club is a fantastic opportunity for students to get fit and have fun. Perfect for beginners, the club follows a gradual training plan designed to build running endurance.The benefits of joining:
With supportive classmates and expert guidance, students will progress from walking to jogging and eventually running a full 5k. It's a great way to improve fitness, boost confidence, and make new friends while enjoying the outdoors.
